The holding company, based in Munich, performs central management, coordination and supervisory functions. This structure ensures consistency in fundamental corporate matters while allowing us to respond quickly and flexibly to market demands.

The holding is supported by a Supervisory Board, made up of representatives of the owner families, and an Advisory Board consisting of industry experts.
