The agricultural machinery manufacturer rewards iwis for its outstanding performance
During a virtual event that took place on 2nd of February 2021, iwis drive systems has earned the recognition as a Partner Level Supplier for 2020 and was also named Ag & Turf Supplier of the Year in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program.
Suppliers who participate in John Deere's Achieving Excellence program are evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength, which is a measure of responsiveness. John Deere Supply Management created the program in 1991 to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous improvement.
The Partner-level status is Deere & Company’s highest supplier rating and awarded to suppliers for exceeding Deere's performance standards, reaching world-class levels, and have a measurable effect on Deere's level of customer satisfaction. Supplier of the Year is awarded to a Partner Level supplier who demonstrates exceptional performance and dedication to providing Deere & Company with products and service of outstanding quality as well as commitment to continuous improvement.
