iwis motorsysteme wins "Familienlöwe" award

On the 15th of June, the Landsberg chapter of the CSU, together with Bavarian State Minister Ilse Aigner and His Royal Highness Prince Luitpold of Bavaria for the first time presented the 2018 "Familienlöwen".
This award went to small and medium-sized local companies who were rated highly for their family-friendly working conditions and company management.
iwis motorsysteme took the award in the category "Companies with more than 100 employees". Self-managed flexitime, sabbaticals and other kinds of flexible working hours go without saying. iwis also organizes sport and fitness events involving family members, such as football tournaments, hiking trips, skiing trips and so on, as well as a family day / open day. There is also a company kindergarten, iwis4kids: a discovery day for the children of staff during the school holidays, a company bicycle program, social counselling and special vacation and leave of absence for voluntary activities. iwis can also boast the GWB Gerhard Winklhofer Bildungswerk, which supports vocational training, and the Johannes Winklhofer Foundation for employees in need.
