Management changes at iwis antriebssysteme and iwis smart connect

After many years of service, our CEO, Dr. Peter Kreisfeld, will be stepping back from his senior management roles at iwis smart connect GmbH, iwis antriebssysteme GmbH & Co. KG and iwis antriebssysteme GmbH on the 31st of March 2021. After 15 extraordinarily successful years at iwis, he will be embarking on a new chapter of his life with more time for his family, friends and hobbies. Dr. Peter Kreisfeld will, however, continue to contribute his expertise as a member of the iwis Advisory Board.
He will be succeeded as CEO of iwis smart connect GmbH on the 1st of April 2021 by Andreas Wagner. Together with Jürgen Fochler (CFO), Andreas Wagner will be charting the future course of iwis smart connect. As a long-time Managing Director (COO) of iwis smart connect GmbH, he already has a superb understanding of the company.
Dr. Frank Mitzschke will continue to head up iwis antriebssysteme GmbH & Co. KG and iwis antriebssysteme GmbH as CEO. Johannes Winklhofer, Group CEO of the iwis Group will be appointed as a further Managing Director of the two antriebssysteme companies.
The shareholders, the Advisory Board, the management, the Works Council and the employees would all like to thank Dr. Peter Kreisfeld for his many years of outstanding service and his extraordinary achievements. We look forward to continuing to work with him on the Advisory Board.
