ELITE Baler Chains HBC - Series

The new ELITE roller chain series HBC (Heavy Baler Chain) was specially developed by iwis for demanding applications in balers.

HBC roller chains are designed for high fatigue strength and high wear resistance. Despite this, they require no more installation space than conventional standard roller chains with the same pitch.

A special heat treatment of the pins helps reduce wear, while the material combination of pins and bushings has been optimized for demanding operating conditions.
