Thanks to a high-performance zinc-flake technology combined with a unique surface treatment, JWIS b.triton chains offer superior corrosion resistance compared to any other coated chain.

This makes them especially sustainable – which helps protect the environment.

In addition, the perfectly coordinated combination of high-tech coatings on the pins and bushings not only ensures maximum corrosion protection, but also delivers outstanding wear performance!

This is further enhanced by the newly developed iwiDUR-G lubricant, specifically tailored to the application areas of the b.triton chains.

This newly developed chain is based on the strength of carbon steel chains, combined with specialized surface coatings – enabling targeted use in highly corrosive environments where high fatigue strength and breaking loads are essential.

One standout feature is the advanced zinc-flake coating, which offers exceptional adhesion to the base material. Even under heavy loads, the roller chain remains reliably protected against corrosion. This has been confirmed by additional salt spray tests performed on chains already in operation.
