CLA Automatic Chain Lubrication System
The CLA lubrication system from iwis enables automatic, targeted relubrication of industrial chain drives. As a minimum quantity lubrication system, CLA continuously delivers small quantities of lubricant exactly where they are needed – directly to the chain.
Demand-based chain lubrication helps to reduce friction and wear and extend the service life of roller chains, conveyor chains and special chains. At the same time, targeted dosing can reduce lubricant consumption.
Thanks to the compact CLA lubrication pump, the system is suitable both for new machines and systems and for retrofitting existing chain drives. Depending on the application, the pump can be time-controlled or controlled via the machine PLC.
A key feature of the CLA system is the specially designed PU foam applicator. It acts as a lubricant reservoir and continuously delivers small quantities of lubricant to the chain exactly where they are needed.

- High-performance oil with PTFE for outstanding wear and corrosion protection
- Highly effective additives provide excellent penetration properties while the high viscosity ensures excellent resistance to being thrown off

CLA Oil Food
- Low-viscosity, high-performance lubricant with excellent penetration properties, enhanced wear protection and NSF H1 food-grade approval

Automatic Lubrication for Industrial Chain Drives
The CLA automatic chain lubrication system is designed for the controlled relubrication of industrial chain drives. It can be used with roller chains, conveyor chains and special chains in a wide range of machinery and production systems.
Thanks to its compact design, the CLA system can be integrated into new machines or retrofitted to existing chain drives. Depending on the application, lubrication can be time-controlled or integrated into the machine PLC for demand-based lubricant supply.
Precise lubricant application directly at the required lubrication points supports reliable chain lubrication while helping to reduce lubricant consumption, manual relubrication effort and wear.
