At our in-house sprocket manufacturing facility in Wilnsdorf, we combine proven production technologies with state-of-the-art CNC machining. This enables us to produce both stock standard sprockets and individually machined sprocket components and plate wheels based on drawings, samples, or customer specifications.

Our manufacturing expertise includes, among other things:

CNC turning and milling
Keyways in accordance with DIN 6885
Pitch circle, threaded and special-purpose bores
Induction hardening of the tooth geometry
Surface treatments such as zinc plating, black oxide coating or nickel plating
