Our high-performance stamping/bending tools are used to manufacture high-precision products from all relevant metals and alloys with or without electroplating.

Our toolmaking department has the technical expertise and decades of experience to carry out every manufacturing process required for the production of stamping/bending tools. The resulting sturdy high-precision tools guarantee the process reliability need to produce parts on our existing automatic stamping/bending machines.

Having our own in-house design and toolmaking departments means we are able to react flexibly to any customer requirement. All stages of an order – from conception and design to serial production – are processed entirely in-house, so our customers save precious time, especially when it comes to tool adaptations or order amendments.

Modular high-performance progressive tools with unlimited application potential

The focus of the product lifecycle during the entire service life of tools is their holistic development and provision of technical support – from initial conception and design right down to follow-up costs.

Our modular high-performance progressive tools are manufactured by a machine park with state-of-the-art equipment, including robot-controlled eroding machines, CNC grinders, mechanical devices and our own measuring machines.

Our downstream tool-fitting department integrates individual components into complete tool systems and provides technical support and maintenance during their entire service life.

Our state-of-the-art technology enables us to produce any desired component in exact accordance with individual customer requirements. Before serial production begins, all parts are subjected to exhaustive trials and any necessary adaptation processes. Whatever shape or form is required – we combine all our knowledge and experience to manufacture outstandingly high-precision tools.
