Charitable foundation “Johannes Winklhofer Stiftung”

The Johannes Winklhofer Stiftung charitable foundation for employees in need was set up in October 2017 with a foundation capital of 500,000 EURO.

Founder Johannes Winklhofer’s main objective is to use the foundation to help people in need.

The primary target group is current and former iwis employees in need (particularly employees with at least 5 years’ service) and their dependants.

Support is also given to students of technical/scientific subjects.

  • Caesar Günther, Chairman of the Works Council
  • Dr. Annette Müller-Leisgang, company physician
  • Radomir Radmilovic, Deputy Chairman of the Works Council
  • Antje Wieser, Head of Human Resources & Organization 

Board of Directors of the foundation

The business of the foundation is managed by a two-man Board of Directors:

  • Johannes Winklhofer
  • Ulrich Bach

The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that the foundation capital is invested securely, profitably and strictly in accordance with ethical criteria.

The Johannes Winklhofer Stiftung is an independent non-profit foundation under civil law, state-approved and regularly inspected by the supervisory authorities for foundations.
