Sub-assembly production for optimum added value

We design and build close-knit system partnerships which integrate, for example, overmoulding technology and automatic assembly in existing process chains. In this way, we provide our customers with 'out-of-the-box' interdisciplinary expertise in the shape of complex connections consisting of numerous individual parts.

All sub-assemblies are subjected to constant quality control monitoring throughout the production process. All sub-assemblies are manufactured in accordance with comprehensive, detailed bills of material and other documentation, including precise inspection and testing instructions. Once a sub-assembly has been produced, it must undergo the procedures laid down in our tried and tested QM system, so we can guarantee our customers that even the most complex pieces of engineering will deliver outstanding quality and long service life.
