Welcome to the iwis mobility systems supplier portal!

The supplier portal is the central platform for supplier management processes and invitations to tender at iwis.

The platform supports us, in particular in the context of project activities for new products, but also in operational series production activities. A workflow-based approach ensures efficient, transparent communication between you, the supplier, and us. Beyond this, you have the option of explicitly managing relevant information, master data and certificates.

You must be registered and must have been added to our supplier pool before you can take advantage of the benefits of the portal and, in particular, direct communication in the procurement and contract process. Registration and use of the portal is free of charge. To register, we will send you an email.

FAQ - the most frequently asked questions about registration and login

If you get an error message while finishing your registration, please check if you see any of the pages shown in red in the navigation on the left. If that's the case, you either forgot to put a mandatory information or it was given in a wrong format (e.g. text when a number is required). Please correct your entries.
You have not finished the registration yet:  If you were asked to register your company, you can choose a password by yourself during the registration process. Your username will be sent to you as soon as you finished your registration and got confirmed by the purchasing department. You have finished your registration, but it has not been checked/accepted yet:  If you finished your registration just now, it's possible it needs to be checked and accepted first. Checking a new registration usually takes 1 to 2 days. Only after your information has been checked you'll receive your username along with the confirmation by mail. Your password was chosen by yourself during the registration process.
A registration that has already be finished cannot be edited by you anymore. In case there is any issue with your data, you will receive an e-mail containing a new link to your registration where you can correct your information. If your registration has already been accepted, you can log in to the system and change your company data at any given time.
Click on "forgot password" on the login page to request new login data. Enter the username or e-mail address that belongs to the registered account, solve the captcha and confirm with OK. You will receive an e-mail with a link that sends you to a page where you can enter a new password.
I see the message "The entered username or password is invalid":  Click on "forgot password" on the login page to request new login data. Enter the username or e-mail address that belongs to the registered account, solve the captcha and confirm with OK. You will receive an e-mail with a link that sends you to a page where you can enter a new password. I see the message: "Your account is locked":  When you try to log in with a wrong password 5 times your account will be locked. You can click on "Forgot password" to request new login data, the lock will be removed automatically. I see the message: "Your account is deactivated":  If you see this message, please contact the helpdesk. In this case your account was either deactivated by an administrator or due to inactivity and cannot be reactivated by you.
