iwis motorsysteme wins "Familienlöwe" award

iwis is a member of the Bavarian-wide initiative "Familienpakt Bayern" since 09.10.2019.
"At iwis, we are committed to establishing family friendliness in a sustainable way. Our economy will only be attractive and competitive for skilled workers in the future if we create a family-friendly climate. We want to make a contribution to this out of conviction. Every measure counts. The " Familienpakt Bayern " provides suggestions and information and offers me a platform to exchange ideas with other companies about very specific measures," says Ulrich Bach, iwis CHRO.
With the " Familienpakt Bayern ", which was launched in 2015, the Bavarian State Government, the Bavarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BIHK), the vbw – Association of The Bavarian Economy and the Bavarian Crafts Day (BHT) pursue the goal of to sharpen the future topic of reconciling work and family life in the entrepreneurial perception. Bavarian employers receive new impulses, specialist information and practical assistance to improve their in-house family friendliness. In addition, the " Familienpakt Bayern " enables companies to network with each other and to exchange ideas about the challenges of a family-friendly personnel policy.
